KINGMAX Unveils 128 GB USB Flash Drive

When it comes to external storage, the rule of the thumb has always been that you can either have huge capacity or portability or speed, but not the three of them together. KINGMAX aims to change that by launching the ED-01 USB flash drive with a huge 128 GB capacity, sporting the Super Speed USB 3.0 interface with a theoretical data transfer speed of 5.0 Gbps.

The ED-01 is made of durable plastic combined with a special finishing procedure, giving it a leather-like texture, which is smooth to touch and gives it a sense of opulence. It sports a sleek, contoured, and elegant design with a clip cap to prevent it from getting accidentally lost. The drive has dimensions 74.5 x 20 x 9 mm, and weighs just 10.5 g. The USB 3.0 interface provides claimed read and write speeds of 66 MB/s and 41 MB/s respectively.

With 5-year warranty, the KINGMAX ED-01 is available in 8, 16, 32, 64, and 128 GB capacities. The drive is currently available in India in 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB capacities, at MRPs of Rs 1400, Rs 2700, and Rs 7500 respectively.
